• FAQ
How do I find a symbol if I don’t know its name?
Try describing it, searches like “arrow”, “heart”, “degree” or “tick” match on the character’s name and common aliases, so “tick” finds ✓, “times” finds ×, and “backslash” finds \. When you find it, tap to copy.
Are these safe to paste anywhere?
Yes, every result is a standard Unicode character that pastes into documents, browsers, chats and social apps. Older plain-text fields may not render every glyph.
Can I search by code point?
Yes, type a Unicode code point such as “2713” or “00b0” and the exact character comes up. Every result also links to its own page with the Windows, Mac, HTML and CSS ways to type it.
